Returns Management

As Kleinhaus Furniture, we offer a 2-year warranty or liability period on all of our products, starting from the date on your invoice, on wood components. You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, as long as you haven't used it and haven't damaged the product or its packaging (marketability). Products prepared in accordance with the customer's specifications and custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of defects.
